Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges at Baby's On Broadway

At Baby’s On Broadway, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your needs or expectations. Our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy is designed to provide a straightforward and customer-friendly solution.

Return Policy
  • Eligibility: Products must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a return. We ask that you initiate your return within 30 days of the original purchase date. For clothing items and accessories, returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Gift cards.
    • Some health and personal care items.
    • Clearance, sale items, and most clothing items and accessories.
    • Custom or special order items, such as chairs, cribs, dressers, car seats, strollers, etc.


  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns/refunds of $250 or greater. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.

How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: Please email us at sales@babysonbroadway.com within the return window. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return in your message.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item(s). Please wait for our authorization before sending any products back.

  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds and Exchanges
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five business days.

  • Exchanges: For items that are defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange when you contact us about the return.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please report it to us immediately:

  • Documentation: Send photos and a detailed description of the product and damages to sales@babysonbroadway.com.

  • Replacement: We will expedite a replacement for the damaged item(s) as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary, and we appreciate your patience during this process.

Breast Pumps and Personal Hygiene Products
  • Due to hygiene standards, breast pumps and certain personal care items are not returnable once opened. These products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for any issues. Unopened items with the seal intact can be returned following our standard return policy.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: For mechanical issues with breast pumps, please contact the manufacturer directly.
